Everyone wants to know how we got the name 

LUNCHMEAT EXPRESS.

Well, it started with the following...

The owner was trying to figure out a way to save money on expenses, so he started carrying a cooler with him to work.

The cooler contained snacks, sandwiches, water, juices (even kool-aid) and several other dishes that he prepared each night.

Every morning the owner was the talk of the lunchroom because the cooler not only contained his sandwiches for lunch, but it also contained breakfast and dinners meals for the day and it was so BIG!

After a while the idea caught on. He would see the other co-workers that laughed at him each morning, bringing in a cooler containing their daily meals.  They finally realized that they were saving $10 to $15 dollars a day, which added up to $50 to $75 dollars a week.

One day a co-worker stated that he always saw the owner with a cooler and at that moment started calling him LUNCHMEAT. The name stuck, and from then on  he was known as LUNCHMEAT.

So the moral to the story is...

• Carry your lunch to save money.
• Never say never because you may be doing the same thing one day.
• If you are driving around one day and see a truck with the above "logo" send a shout out to "Lunchmeat" because the owner may be behind the wheel.
